Advanced Routes
County Rd E - County Rd I
This is a quick but fun route for experienced paddlers to play in class II or III whitewater rapids, depending on water level. During low water this route can be shallow and rocky. During normal to high water it turns into a whitewater dream for those paddlers looking for a thrill. The unique opportunity to maneuver high volume river waves is not lost on whitewater paddlers living in flatwater country. This route is not suggested at high levels except without proper gear. There is no signage of rapids ahead -- be prepared. Paddlers can take out at County Rd E or River Road further downstream.
